Inclusive Play

Stonnington Toy Library believes every person in our community has the right to feel welcome, included, and valued.
We’re here to make sure everyone can enjoy our library by reducing barriers and helping each person feel supported and connected.
We celebrate people of all abilities, backgrounds, and experiences, and we’re committed to learning and improving to make our library a space where everyone belongs.

Stonnington Toy Library is excited to be running bespoke Supported Borrowing Sessions outside of our standard hours. These sessions aim to create an environment benefitting children and families with additional sensory needs, developmental delay and disabilities.
Sessions are on Wednesday afternoons from 1:30pm to 3:30pm and have a dedicated Toy Library Co-ordinator on hand to assist you and your family.
Bookings are not required but we do request that these sessions are attended only by those who may benefit from these sessions held during a less busy time.
